When should I consider outsourcing?
- If you lose a team member, contact us. CSSI has been brought in to fill in the gaps that might occur if a team member retires or leaves. CSSI already has the experience and knowledge to quickly take over any process and insure business continuity of your firm.
What is the typical cost involved in outsourcing our BackOffice work?
- Due to the fact that all BackOffice processes are unique, the cost associated with our services evolve around the complexity of what is being requested of us. With that said, our pricing remains the lowest in the market given our ability to leverage years of experience and custom technology.
How long does it take to transition my BackOffice work to your firm?
- There are a multitude of variables when it comes to the overall time it takes to transition, however, our typical transition timing is 1 – 2 weeks. Lower times are achievable should we have a primary point of contact, updated documentation, and consistent training days with your operations staff.
It seems like your firm does a lot of BackOffice work. Does this include X, Y, or Z? These tasks are complex, time sensitive, and important to our firm.
- CSSI is always open to learning more about your operations and is willing to take on any new challenge requested of us.
What are your office hours?
- We align ourselves with the NYSE regarding hours and holidays. With that said, we start 7:00 AM EST and finish at 4:00 PM EST.
Will my client data be saved on your firm’s network?
- No. CSSI does not need to save client data on our system to perform your operations as we do all of our work remotely on your system. Should projects require us to move data onto our system, it will always be formally requested prior to doing so.
