Our most important asset is our relationship with our clients.  CSSI is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of our client’s business information.

CSSI considers all client information that is collected through the relationship with CSSI to be confidential.  Confidential information includes:

• Non–public business information relating to a client that CSSI obtains through its provision of products or services to the client.

• Non-public personal information relating to a client that CSSI obtains through its provision of products or services to the client.

This information may be obtained through direct contact with a client  and/or through CSSI website registration.

CSSI will not use any client’s confidential information for any purpose except to provide services to that client. Within CSSI access to a client’s non-public information is restricted to individuals who require that information in the course of providing a product or service to the client.

CSSI maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard client non-public information from unauthorized disclosure.  With respect to website privacy, CSSI maintains Internet specific practices to maintain security of client information, including but not limited to, firewall barriers, encryption, and authentication procedures.
