Portal+ Document Vault

Portal+’s Document Vault overcomes the need to e-mail, mail, or use other methods that have security or delivery issues to deliver Quarterly, Monthly, or Daily reports to customers. Document Vault allows the Advisor to drop documents into their customers folders and have them automatically notified of updates.

Advisor has the ability to create file folders that can be shared across the entire firm or for specific groups or individual accounts. It is perfect for sharing Market Commentaries, Forms, and other frequently used documents while making it self-service.

Use Cases:

  • Advisor wants to deliver quarterly statements to their end customer.
    • Using Portal+’s bulk upload the Advisor can upload quarterly statements and then publish them to the end customers folder. Customer is then notified the document is available.
  • Advisor needs customer to fill out and return a new account form.
    • Using Portal+’s ability to create custom folders/tab’s the Advisor can create a custom tab that can be shared across the firm, groups, or specific accounts. The Advisor can publish the new account form to the firmwide folder. Granting access to the customer and instructing them to download the form and upload when completed. The uploaded file goes into the customers folder where the Advisor can download it.
